How I work
From first chat to lasting change
A clear process, built around you, with regular reviews so you can see your progress.
- 01
Free 15-minute chat
We talk about what's going on and what you'd like to change. No commitment, just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
- 02
Getting to know you
In our first full session we explore your sport, your goals and what matters to you. You'll complete a short values activity and a 5 C's self-rating so we both know where you're starting from.
- 03
Your plan
Together we agree what to focus on and how we'll know it's working. Your plan is yours: clear, realistic and linked to your sport.
- 04
Sessions and tools
We work on the skills that will make the biggest difference, such as reset routines, focus, confidence and preparation. Between sessions, your journal and check-in app keep things going.
- 05
Review and next steps
We regularly look back at your ratings, check-ins and performances to see what's changed. I'll also ask for your feedback on my support, so I can keep improving it.
Your tools
The journal and the app
Every client gets access to the Psych 4 Sport performance journal and check-in app. They're designed to take two minutes a day and make the mental side of sport part of your routine.
Daily check-in
Sleep, energy, mood, stress and enjoyment, with trends over time.
Competition routines
Focus before you compete; learn from it after.
Reset now
A guided breathing tool for pressure moments.
Progress to share
A visual summary to bring to your sessions.

Standards
Safe, ethical, confidential
I follow professional ethical standards throughout, including informed consent, confidentiality and safeguarding. My work is supervised as part of my accreditation training. For under-18s, a parent or guardian is involved at the start, and for teams we agree clear boundaries with coaches before any work begins.
